Order Processing and Shipping Time
Our lingerie is shipped from our warehouses in both Canada and the U.S.
All in stock orders usually ship in 2 - 3 business days.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock. You will be notified within 48 hours of any out of stock items. Any backordered items will be shipped as they become available.

US customers should receive your order within 5-10 business days. This time may vary due to product availability and U.S. customs.

Allure Leather and Vinyl lines are shipped from warehouses in Canada and the U.S.A. and therefore are duty free.

Elegant Moments and Sensual Mystique lines are shipped from the U.S., Canadian customers will be responsible for any applicable duties or fees.

To protect our customers’ privacy, all credit card transactions are billed under our company name R & H Distributing. All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with R & H Distributing as the company shipping the order.

Return & Exchange Policies

Please Read Carefully 

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact customer service for return instructions. 

You may return or exchange unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached within 20 business days from the date the item is shipped. 

In accordance with Health laws we will not accept returns on intimate apparel which includes thongs, panties, g-strings, hosiery and swimsuits. 

Costumes and sale items are non-returnable (costumes may be exchanged for a different size only). 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for goods lost in transit. 

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
